Troubled singer Bobby Brown has been arrested on suspicion of drinking and driving for the second time this year.
Whitney Houston's ex-husband's car was pulled over in the early hours of Wednesday after he was spotted driving erratically through Los Angeles.
According to TMZ.com, Brown was asked to take a field sobriety test after cops detected the smell of alcohol.
He was arrested on suspicious of driving under the influence, and taken into custody.
The My Prerogative hitmaker checked into rehab in August to seek treatment for his addiction issues, following another DUI arrest in March - a month after Houston died.
Brown, who has a history of drug abuse, also served eight days in jail after he was convicted for DUI in 1996.
