Thanks to the news that the Evergreen Line will be built, downtown Coquitlam is fast becoming a hot spot for condo buyers. That’s why trusted companies like the always bang-on Bosa Properties recently invested in three major developments in this area. The third and final tower in this series is Evergreen by Bosa Properties, a sleek, contemporary concrete high-rise that houses 195 condominium homes.

Located just steps from Coquitlam Centre and a rapid-transit station, Evergreen’s proximity is definitely a huge draw for potential buyers — but it’s not its biggest selling point. The fact that it has the Bosa name behind it is what’s attracting so much interest.

For more than 40 years, the family-owned business has been building solid, dependable, high-calibre homes – never taking a short cut and always paying attention to every last detail.

Evergreen is no exception. The homes here, which will be ready for occupancy by summer 2015, feature kitchens with imported Italian cabinetry to match the sleek wood-grain backsplash, as well as beautiful ambient chrome lighting in the cooking area and over the breakfast bar.

Amenity highlights include a rooftop terrace with a grassy play area as well as BBQ pit, a full fitness centre and an entertainment lounge with flat screens and a full kitchen.

There’s a whole range of floor plans to choose from including various one-bedroom configurations, two bedrooms and penthouses. Prices start at $267,900, but the next 10 buyers are eligible for huge incentives, including a savings of up to $20,000 each. The sales centre at 3005 Glen Dr., Coquitlam will close at the end of February, so Bosa can begin construction. For now, it’s open daily from noon to 5 p.m. For more info, visit bosaproperties.com.
