Autopsies fail to shed light on suspicious deaths of escorts 0

Homicide investigators are no closer to solving how two online escorts died in separate incidents in the same New Westminster building this month, after the autopsy of the most recent victim came back inconclusive.
Police issued a public warning after 48-year-old Karen Nabors was found dead inside her apartment in the 200 block of 11th Street on Sunday.
Jill Lyons, 45, also known to be working as an online escort, was found dead in the same complex on Aug. 12. Her autopsy also failed to show a cause of death.
Investigators have said the women knew each other and have called both deaths suspicious.
Investigators are hoping pathology and toxicology tests will reveal what exactly killed the women.
