The College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia has taken legal action against two more alleged illegal dentists operating in the Lower Mainland.

Hua Zheng Huang of Vancouver and Vladimir Shapoval of Coquitlam were both found to be practising dentistry illegally by surveillance conducted by the college.

Shapoval was previously caught practising dentistry in 2006. At the time, he signed an agreement to stop.

The college began surveillance of Shapoval after another illegal dentist was caught earlier this year.

The college discovered Hua when a client complained about the treatment received at his bedroom clinic on Adanac Street in Vancouver.

Both men have signed injunctions to prevent them from continuing their practices.

The college obtained warrants and seized dental equipment from the two men.
