Rolston a custom fit for homebuyers
Life in today’s condo market is all about choices. Developers know that discerning urban buyers demand choices, whether it’s the type of on-site amenities available or the retail shops attached to the building.
Rize Alliance knew this when it built Rolston, a 23-storey building at 1300 Granville St. next to the historic Yale Hotel that previously housed the Cecil Hotel.

While several gyms are located close by, Rolston has its own full-service fitness club. In addition, more than 20,000 square feet of retail and office space can be found at street level.
Space is also no problem for residents as there is plenty of room in-suite, while a downstairs storage space is available for bicycles.
Many of the 187 suites have been sold, but there are still several units available, starting at $339,900.
