Police seek public's help in solving Vancouver's third murder of 2017

Vancouver police have identified a 38-year-old Vancouver resident, Maninder Singh Braich, as the victim of the city's third homicide of 2017.

Just after midnight on Feb. 9, VPD received a report of an injured man at a home near Prince Albert Street and East 49th Avenue. Braich was found injured inside the home and later died in hospital.

No arrests have been made, but police do not believe the public is at risk.

Detectives would like to speak with anyone who may have information about Braich’s activities on Wednesday, Feb. 8.
