Bizarre robbery of Ohio cab driver that netted paltry $32 involved sex act: Police
An Ohio woman is accused of raping a taxi driver during what police believe was a tag-team robbery that netted a paltry score.
Cops say Brittany Carter, 23, and Cory Jackson, 20, entered a cab in Findlay, Ohio, around 4:30 a.m. on Jan. 28.
Once inside, Jackson is accused of holding a knife to the cabbie's throat while Carter allegedly performed a sex act on the driver.
"We don't know why she did it," Findlay Det. Lt. Robert Ring told the Freemont News-Messenger. "Maybe it was a distraction because they took money from him."
According to police, the desperate duo allegedly made off with $32. Carter, who faces rape and aggravated robbery charges, was arrested.
Local police already were familiar with Carter, whose rap sheet also includes a pair of felony drug charges.
She’s being held on $60,000 bond, according to The Smoking Gun.
Jackson, meanwhile, remains on the lam and reportedly is a murder suspect in nearby Lima, Ohio.
