Abby said her "journey is different" and volunteered to go home on the Biggest Loser. Although Abby was eliminated, there's no doubt people will be cheering for her to continue her weight-loss journey at home (in her post-show interview, she said she has already lost 34 lbs).
So You Think You Can Dance Canada
Any of the top four could have gone home a winner, but it was Tara-Jean Popowich who was named Canada's favourite dancer.
Amazing Race
Mika completely freaked out on the water slide, and that was the beginning of the end for her and Canaan (it was also a tad disturbing to see Canaan try to force Mike down the slide while she screamed, "Help me"). They were eliminated.
Battle of the Blades
"Romantic" Tie Domi and his partner Christine Hough-Sweeney survived this week, despite being in the bottom two. Ken Daneyko and Jodeyne Higgins had a good dance, but were sent home, proving the competition on this Canadian hit is heating up.
Top Chef: Vegas
Kevin's love of pork (dude has a pig tattoo) helped him win with his dish for the Pigs and Pinot event. Ash seemed to laugh off his failed dish when he told everyone, "I forgot flavour." Ash was sent home. Hopefully Robin is next.
So You Think You Can Dance
The first Top 20 dancer to leave the show wasn't voted off -- Billy Bell left due to "illness" and was replaced by Brandon Dumlao. But Dumlao didn't last long (perhaps proving he didn't belong in the Top 20). He and Ariana Debose were ousted.
America's Next Top Model
The girls got to surf and Erin was not only comfortable on the board, she looked good too, which is why she won the first challenge. But she struggled with the second photo shoot and she was in the bottom two. She was safe though -- Brittany was the one cut.
Dancing with the Stars
Louis Vito dropped Chelsie Hightower on her butt during their performance, which led them down the road of elimination. Melissa Joan Hart and partner Mark Ballas were also sent home.
