Despite her struggles, Top Chef's Jen is a cut above

By KATE SCHWASS

Top Chef: Vegas

Natalie Portman brought her vegetarian palette to the chefs this week.

Robin talked a big talk, but didn't deliver and was part of the bottom three along with Mike and Jen.

Mike doesn't seem to think he did anything wrong, but the judges told him he's wrong and to pack his knives. For the second week in a row, Jen messed up and didn't cook to her potential.

Amazing Race

The father and son team of Gary and Matt had a tough leg this time, with a few wrong turns, but even though they were the last to the pit stop, they were safe as this was an non-elimination week.

Battle of the Blades

Shae-Lynn Bourne and Claude Lemieux don't have to take part in the skate-off -- they're in the finals. But Jamie Sale, Craig Simpson and Marie-France Bubreuil and Stephanie Richer will have to wait until Sunday to see who else goes on after Bubreuil was out with an injured back during the results show.

Dancing With The Stars

Aaron Carter and pro dancer Karina Smirnoff were booted this week.

Even though Carter was stepping up his game, there is no way he was destined to make it to the finale, so it wasn't a surprise.

America's Next Top Model

It wasn't a surprise Nicole made it to the finals - she had an amazing shot from the beach that the judges loved.

The fact that Laura also made it was a bit of a surprise (especially to Jennifer and Erin).

Biggest Loser

Shay was making major progress, so it's a tad sad that she's gone - but hopefully she'll continue her weight loss at home and show off a new body at the finale.

As well, young Daniel was sent home from the ranch after falling below the red line, a twist this week meaning he had the smallest percentage of weight loss and was automatically eliminated.

So You Think You Can Dance

Peter and Pauline were sent home this week after viewers got the chance to vote to put three couples in the bottom three.

The two had performed the quick step together and while it looked great, technically, it wasn't perfect (Mary even said it was "clunking along").
