Everyone already knew not to mess with Steven Seagal. Now there’s yet another reason to cut him a wide berth.
Besides being a film star and a martial arts expert, he also is a cop.
The new reality series Steven Seagal Lawman debuts Wednesday with back-to-back episodes on A&E.
Apparently Seagal has been working as a fully commissioned deputy in Louisiana for almost 20 years. In addition to going out on patrol, Seagal is an expert marksman who has been part of a SWAT team and he has instructed officers in hand-to-hand combat.
The new series will allow fans to ride shotgun with Seagal. He hasn’t previously sought attention for his police work, but he now wants to highlight some of the positive things being done in the New Orleans area post-Hurricane Katrina.
