Actor Lane Garrison has been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence - according to a U.S. report.
The former Prison Break star's Playboy Playmate girlfriend Ashley Mattingly accused him of attacking her during an alleged heated argument on Saturday.
According to TMZ.com, police responded to a call at his Beverly Hills apartment on Saturday night, but Garrison had left the scene by the time they arrived. However, according to the website, police returned to his residence on Sunday and arrested the actor.
He is reportedly being held on $50,000 bail.
The incident is said to have occurred hours after Mattingly took to Twitter.com to announce the end of their relationship, writing, "Sooo happy to be single again from Lane Garrison bye bye."
When one follower accused her of being mean, she responded and suggested Garrison's bad behaviour was to blame for the split, posting: "No drunk a** is trying to brake (sic) into my apt (apartment)!"
The fall out comes two months after cops responded to another 911 call following reports of a domestic dispute between the couple.
An incident report for that altercation was filed but no arrests were made.
The latest incident comes almost three years to the day since Garrison was released from prison after serving part of a 40-month sentence for vehicular manslaughter and drink driving. The actor was over the limit behind the wheel when a 17-year-old student was killed in a December, 2006, car crash
