Jon Gosselin is demanding, through a letter from his lawyer, that TV station TLC stop production of the reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8 for the sake of his kids. The letter was apparently dated the same day TLC announced the show's name would be changed to Kate Plus 8.
TLC dropped Jon from the show saying it was "deeply disappointed" at his "erratic behavior," and called his latest salvo "grossly inaccurate" and "clearly opportunistic."
However, the show has suspended production until the matter can be resolved. Gosselin has said through his lawyer that he now believes his children's appearance in the show is detrimental to them.
