Late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel has moved on from his relationship with Sarah Silverman -- he's reported to be dating one of the writers for his show, US Weekly reports.
Kimmel and Molly McNearney have been dating for several months, sources told the magazine.
This is Kimmel's first official girlfriend since Silverman after they broke up in March.
