Stephanie Pratt was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence early yesterday morning in Hollywood, says tmz.com.
Pratt apparently had just left Holly Montag's birthday party when she was pulled over.
A source says cops watched her get in her car and were waiting to bust her.
She was taken into custody. Her bail is set at US$5,000.
It's also reported that some spectators who had just left a club saw Pratt get busted and started taking pictures, which ticked off some people. A fight broke out on the street while Pratt was being cuffed, but Pratt was the only one taken into custody.
