Michael Buble didn't make a great first impression on his beautiful girlfriend Luisana Lopilato -- she thought he was gay, says inentertainment.co.uk.
When he first met the Argentinian Lopilato, the star was lost for words because he did not speak Spanish and admits he was intimidated by her looks.
The 22-year-old stunning actress at first even thought Michael was gay, because he seemed intent on chatting up her male pal.
Michael recalls his first encounter with Luisana who attended his gig. Michael said "I spotted her in the crowd and thought she was the most beautiful woman I'd ever laid eyes on, but she came backstage with this good looking dude and I assumed it was her boyfriend."
He went on to say "the other problem was that I don't speak spanish and she had no english. But the guy did, so I just spoke to him. I was a bit nervous because of how beautiful she was."
Michael later found out that she phoned her mum saying Buble's gay. He's hitting on my friend.
Michael, must have done something right because they have been together ever since.
