Lindsay Lohan has asked her lawyer to take legal action against her dad,reports tmz.com.
Lohan wants to get a restraining order against Michael Lohan, who has been discussing his daughter with the media, talking about her alleged drug use.
Apparently, she's putting together a case against her father and will decide which legal move makes the most sense. A defamation lawsuit against Mr. Lohan may also be filed.
