Actress Natalie Portman talks about the harsh reality of beauty in her industry with V Magazine and says she doesn't rule out plastic surgery for herself in the future.
"You see people who were stars five years ago and already they're waning," Portman says of the life of many Hollywood actresses. "As actresses approach 40, it starts becoming really, really difficult."
Regarding surgery in the far future, she adds, "If I have a pimple I want to get rid of it."
