Nicole Johnson, who was recently crowned Miss California USA 2010, was said to have been dating Michael Phelps for about a year in 2007. Apparently Phelps and Johnson broke up because he started dating Carrie Prejean and Ms. Prejean bragged about it while he was still with Nicole.
