Keith Urban hopes his daughter, Sunday Rose, will follow in his footsteps, says nydailynews.com.
"She's got some pipes," Urban told UsMagazine.com.
"I think she sounds quite musical. I sit at the piano with her in the morning and we mash the keys together."
The country crooner took home the Favorite Country Male Artist award at Sunday night's American Music Awards, while wife Nicole Kidman cheered him on from the audience.
The 42-year-old even dedicated the award to his Oscar Award-winning wife.
"I just love you so much, baby girl," he gushed.
But of his two baby girls, the singer hints that Kidman might be the first to follow in his footsteps.
"We sort of do our own things professionally, but I love singing with her at home," he told People.com.
And what about a collaboration?
"I don't think anything's ever out of the question," he added.
Urban's latest album, Defying Gravity, was released in March 2009.
Kidman was rumoured to be pregnant again but has apparently confirmed that she is not.
