Amy Winehouse’s former boyfriend Reg Traviss has pleaded not guilty to two counts of rape.
The British filmmaker, who was dating the singer at the time of her death in July 2011, denied allegations he sexually assaulted a woman on New Year's Eve.
The alleged victim told Southwark Crown Court in London she was drinking on a night out and remembers the 35-year-old having sex with her.
Traviss has been released on bail and now faces a trial on December 10.
