Kelly Clarkson is hobbling around on crutches after badly spraining her ankle. The Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) singer took a tumble on Friday during her performance at the Milwaukee Summerfest event in Wisconsin, and it appears the fall has caused some real damage.

On Tuesday, she posted a photo of herself sitting in a wheelchair, holding crutches, as she applied make-up before a promotional appearance.

The accompanying caption read: "Sprained my foot and have a hairline fracture but the show must go on people ha!"
