Defiant Sharon Osbourne is refusing to pay up and settle a legal spat with the bosses of a jewelry company who have accused the rock matriarch and reality TV star of breaching a deal.

Lucas Design International executives claim they were approached by Ozzy Osbourne's wife last year to create a range of products for her to sell on the Home Shopping Network - but she pulled out of the agreement at the last minute.

The jewelry firm bosses filed suit against Osbourne last week, seeking unspecified damages, but the TV personality is refusing to back down.

Taking to Twitter.com on Tuesday, she wrote, "I refuse to put my name on a jewelry line or any product that I deem inferior in quality and overpriced. Bring on the lawsuit."

A representative has told TMZ.com that no agreement between Osbourne and Lucas Design chiefs existed, adding, "Sharon is looking to create her own jewelry line and did have discussions with Lucas Design. Unfortunately the designs and pieces submitted were not the quality that was represented or hoped for. Sharon has moved on."
