Movie star Sylvester Stallone has designed a range of limited edition fountain pens - worth $5,000 each.

The Rocky star signed up as a consultant and public face of Montegrappa in 2010 as he's a big fan of the Italian company's luxury writing tools.

Now he's extended his involvement to include the role of designer by fashioning a unique pen made of silver, 18-carat gold, and precious jewels.

Pens in Stallone's Chaos Limited Edition range will retail at $4,965.
