Gagnon's Tea

The Teahouse in Stanley Park is delving further into its roots of classical fare with the hire of new executive chef Francois Gagnon. The chef arrives after serving as executive chef at CinCin along with stints at Blue Water Cafe and Lumiere. Gagnon has worked in the kitchens of acclaimed French chefs Roger Verger and Joel Garault.
