Vacation can lift depression: Expert
Those feeling a little down these days might just need to go on vacation, a New Jersey psychologist who specializes in depression says. "A well-timed vacation may offer significant benefits for mental health. Clean hands key to resort eating
Regarding eating off-property at tropical resorts, vacation specialists at Club Med tell News Canada the following: Wash your hands before eating. Avoid cream and milk products; any dish that uses raw eggs; curbside meats, fish and seafood; and at restaurants be sure these foods are served piping hot.
