High school marks anti-homophobia day 0
Students at Gladstone Secondary School in Vancouver marked Anti-Homophobia Day Thursday.
Rainbow balloons, cupcakes and streamers decorated much of Vancouver's Gladstone Secondary School Thursday as students marked The International Day Against Homophobia.
Fondation Emergence introduced the event in 2003 as a Canada-wide celebration.
It was later adopted by the international community and is now observed each May 17.
