Friday, Nov. 13 marked the third anniversary of the day Brittany Stalman of North Delta was reported missing.

Mike Stalman, Brittany’s father, told 24 hours that Brittany’s family is “not doing anything at the moment” to search for her, although did a walk in September to raise money with other families who have missing children.

“We’re not very hopeful,” Stalman said. “We think she’s come into foul play somewhere and, who knows.”

The police are “not actively searching for her,” according to Const. Cal Traversy, spokesperson for the Delta Police.

They are following up with all leads and tips that they receive, but haven’t received any new information on her whereabouts, said Traversy, adding that Delta Police have “gone a little bit beyond” the traditional methods used to search for missing people.

Brittany is described as being 5’6, 110 lbs, with long brown hair and brown eyes.

She was 17 when she was last seen leaving her house without her purse or her wallet.
