A new mobile app is competing against discount group coupon sites by offering free deals.

The Vancouver-based TikTok site allows users to download their mobile app then receive free local deals ranging from a taco to a bicycle tune-up, among many others.

Eccentric mascots Tik and Tok are ambassadors for the "free-for-all" movement.
