Vancouver police are warning the public of a convicted sex offender's recent prison release.
James Edward Muldoon - whose previous convictions include sexual assault with a weapon and forcible confinement - is a high risk to re-offend, according to police.
The 61-year-old is described at five-foot-four and 178 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
