Marnie Odette, 39, from Richmond won the 2012 PNE Prize Home on Thursday.

The 3,000-sq.-ft. home at Sun Peaks Resort outside Kamloops features an interior designed by local Bachelorette-turned-designer Jillian Harris, who drew the winning ticket at Hastings Park.

This year's grand prize package was worth more than $1,29 million.
