TORONTO -- An alleged high-tech peeper trying to look up ladies' skirts around the Eaton Centre appears in court Friday morning.

The man was nabbed for videotaping up skirts inside the downtown mall and the Dundas subway station, Toronto Police said.

He used a small hidden camera hidden inside a laptop bag, police alleged.

Investigators arrested him around 6 p.m. Thursday.

Arnon Weinberg, 35, from Toronto's Thornhill neighbourhood, is charged with voyeurism.

He is scheduled to appear in court at 10 a.m. Friday.
