Templeton Iron Chef Cooking Competition
Culinary students take part in the Templeton Iron Chef Cooking Competition held at Templeton Secondary in Vancouver, British Columbia, Wednesday February 1, 2012, Based around the popular Iron Chef TV show, Templeton Iron Chef Cooking Competition is six teams of three to four Templeton students who will go head to head on a stage in the school’s cafeteria to produce three dishes, an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert. The competition will be judged by four of the top chefs in the country including Chef Rob Feenie (Canada’s first Iron Chef), Chef Dale MacKay (Canada’s Top Chef), Chef Dennis Green (former Chef at Bishop’s Restaurant) and Chef Dan Close (owner of Dan Close Food Concepts).
