Grabner to have NHL debut with Canucks

By HOSEA CHEUNG, 24 HOURS

Michael Grabner is getting an opportunity of a lifetime.

After a strong showing in the first few games for the Manitoba Moose, the Canucks recalled the forward Wednesday and he was already practicing on the top line alongside Henrik Sedin and Alex Burrows.

With Grabner on the wing and about to make his NHL debut, Steve Bernier was bumped down to the third line with Kyle Wellwood and Ryan Johnson, who was moved to the wing.

The second line remains the same, while Tanner Glass skated on the fourth unit with Darcy Hordichuk and Rick Rypien.
