The Vancouver International Salsafestival ignites the city with a four-day carnival of dance from March 7 to10, 2013, at The Westin Bayshore Hotel. During the fourth and final installment of the celebrated festival, Vancouver will welcome the global Latin dance movement one last time with a sensational, sizzling lineup of performances, parties and workshops, expected to attract more than 4,000 participants. Featuring award-winning artists, instructors, DJs and live bands from around the world, festivalgoers, of all abilities, are offered the opportunity to participate in the glamorous, rhythmic, and social world of Latin dance. Program highlights include headline shows by the Ballet Nacional El Firulete Dance Company from Dubai and Colombia, and David y Paulina, who holds multiple titles in the World Cup, US Salsa Open and the Mexican Nationals.
