Darren Bousman (SAW films), Terrance Zdunich (Repo! The Genetic Opera) an co-composer Saar Hendelman will be coming to the Rio Theater March 24th for a very special double feature screening of Repo! The Genetic Opera and The Devil's Carnival. In 2008, director Darren Lynn Bousman and writer/actor Terrance Zdunich collaborated on REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA, a film hailed by The Hollywood Reporter as "the next Rock Horror Picture Show". In 2012, the boys reunited and joined forces with composer Saar Hendelman to create Episode One of THE DEVIL'S CARNIVAL, a groundbreaking musical film series, touted as "One of the single greatest Devil-centric stories every told" by Ain't It Cool News. This special limited engagement double feature will begin with a screening of Episode One of THE DEVIL'S CARNIVAL, followed by a live audience Q&A with Darren, Terrance, and Saar, where they will discuss the films and reveal sneak peeks of the upcoming Episode Two. The evening will conclude with a screening of REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA.
